How Does It Work?
When you contract me, we decide together, what you need within the budget, resources and timeline you have and the best role for me to play. I offer three types of contracts: hourly, project-based, and retainer.
Want to chat to see if it is a fit send an email to dee@jebbca.com
Hourly Rate
This works well if you are looking at just a few hours. Clients sometimes just want a brainstorm, a strategic discussion with an outside view. You may need me to provide guidance on how to build your plan, to review a plan or model you have built, or a review of your website or marketing, communications materials. You may also be looking for a sounding board. Sometimes this is a one-off project or it may be on an ongoing basis. Rates are $225 per hour with a two hour minimum.
Project Based
We decide together what you need done, over what timeline and what the deliverables are. This works well when you need an experienced business development or marketing and communications strategist for a fixed amount of time. I then provide you with a written estimate, a fixed price based on the agreed upon outline. It reflects a discount based on a volume of hours and services you commit to.
Retainer Based
If you need someone on-call to assist, guide, or provide specific services on a part-time, ongoing basis then this may be your best bet. We decide the number of hours you need each month (or week) and agree to a fee that reflects those hours, but with a reduced rate in recognition of the ongoing contract. We generally revisit the number of hours and billing every quarter to ensure it aligns with the agreement. It helps you budget and know what your costs will be.
Presentations and Workshops
These are based on a fixed price depending on the activity and number of participants.

About Dee Enright.
My name is Dee Enright and I have been fortunate to work with amazing teams, clients and colleagues around the globe. I have held senior management roles and owned, operated and sold communications and tourism businesses. I currently own JEBBCA strategies + holdings, a company that invests in business start-ups and real estate and offers senior strategic services in business, marketing and communications .
I began my career in sales, first in retail, hospitality and later the automotive and media sectors. Boy do you learn a lot about human nature as a bartender, car salesperson or store clerk!
I also fell in love with business. All of it. The financial projections, cost analysis, reading a Profit &Loss report and balance sheets. I learned to build a sales plan and the marketing and communications to support and achieve them. My experiences led me to a number of management positions in sales and a leap into the media industry.
From working in broadcast media sales, I joined an international advertising agency and grew to the role of VP Media Planning and Buying. I dove into research, audience analysis, qualitative and quantitative data. I worked with the worlds top brands who demanded accountability and results. I learned that branding and brand are not the same thing. It's here that I really began to embrace the mix of science and art in business and marketing.
I decided it was time to head out on my own, to take everything I had learned and put it in to practice at my own agency. I bootstrapped it, growing organically from a team of three to 26 with clients around the globe. A small boutique agency in a far-flung place, the Yukon, that built award winning strategies, brands, events and campaigns. The success of the agency provided the means to embark on my next project.
After years working with top tourism operators, I bought Charlotte’s Rose Inn in Prince Edward Island and made the move from Yukon to ’the Island’. I took all I had learned and put it into practice. We grew the brand, won guest awards, were written up in a number of magazines and increased revenues and profitability. In the spring of 2019 I sold the business.
I firmly believe that no matter how great the vision or business idea, without a focused, executable strategy and tactics, it will fail. The plan has to match the resources available, human and financial. Building a solid network that challenges and supports you is key to success.
I take the time to understand your business and challenges. I provide clear, practical plans that you can afford.
